Recordings

Here are a few recordings from the last production I directed Madagascar JR. We had over 60 students in the cast and about a dozen working stage crew. Everyone who auditioned was cast and given as much stage time as possible. It’s very important to me that all students have the opportunity to perform, develop their skills, build friendships, and build their confidence through artistic performances.

In the spring of 2018, I directed Once on this Island Jr. It was my second time directing this show and it will always remain one of my favorites: the music is exciting, the story is relatable, there are opportunities to showcase individual students as well as large group dance numbers, and it allows children to explore a wide range of emotions.

In addition to being a teacher, I am an active performer. In December 2015, I had the opportunity to perform a rarely heard Serbian song in a documentary called Kalemegdan Kaddish.

I have continued to sing, perform, and conduct in Ghana and have directed an international choir as well as performed in Panto productions for the International Accra Players and in assorted classical music productions. Below are a few links to articles about some of my recent musical events.
